Alright, 

1. Go to your local Walmart or what ever and buy amazon gift card. or a visa gift card 
2. if your bought a Amazon gift card then redeem it. if you bought a visa card then just add it to your account 
3. shop and find the item you want. 
4. IMPORTANT: Must be shipped and sold by Amazon IE 
5. Buy it!
6. once you get your item call up Amazon and say either " I didn't receive the correct item " or " I never got it" 
7. Depending on what you want. Say " I would like an advanced refund" or "I need the correct by tomorrow can you ship me out another?"
8. I always recommend calling. Chat reps. Are assholes and you can't play the sympathy card very well.
